PBS West Educational Foundation

PBS West Educational Foundation is now linked to the Mt. Baldy United Way of Southern California, 9375 Archibald Ave. Suite 301, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Brothers may donate through payroll deductions to United Way and designate part or all United Way payroll deductions to a specific 501(c) (3). Brothers must call Mt. Baldy United Way's office at 980-1994, x225 and request a "Designation Request Form" .

I also have forms that I will distribute at my chapter meeting and at the next regional board meeting. The "Designation Form" will ask for the name and address of the 501(c) (3) Organization. The correct name and address is:

Brothers that live outside the Southern California area may get PBS West set up at a local United Way Office near them. The respective local United Way Office would need to have PBS West linked in to that United Way Office. Feel free to contact me and I will provide and assisted Brothers wth the necessary information.
